Who we are

Trimancy is published by Ville Ventures Limited, registered in England and Wales. Ville Ventures Limited is the data controller for the personal data described below. For any question about your data, write to privacy@trimancy.app.

Summary

Trimancy is an entertainment app. We create an anonymous account for you automatically so readings persist across sessions. You can upgrade to an email account if you want to recover access across devices.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to make the app work:

• Anonymous account ID, a random UUID from Supabase Auth.
• Email address, only if you choose to upgrade your account.
• Birth chart information, if you set one up: date of birth, optional time of birth, and the city you name (stored as text and coordinates). Together these can identify you, so we treat them as personal data under UK GDPR Article 4(1).
• Readings, journal entries, badges, streaks, generated inside the app and linked to your anonymous ID.
• Purchase receipts, only the anonymous ID and the product identifier. No card or billing details ever touch our servers.

What we don’t collect

We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, real-time location, contacts, calendar, or any identifier Apple considers “unique” unless you volunteer it by contacting us.

How we use it

Readings are generated on demand by AI. If you have set up a birth chart, it is included as context in every reading so the tone and content reflect your astrology. Journal entries and badges are private to you. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone except the five processors below.

Third parties

We send limited data to five processors so the app can function:

• Supabase (EU) stores your readings, journal entries, badges, and birth chart. Covers authentication and database.
• Anthropic (US) receives your palm photo when you do a palm reading, your question text for tarot and crystal readings, and your birth chart for context. Anthropic may retain API request data for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring. We do not store the photo on our servers after the reading is generated.
• ElevenLabs (US) receives the text of your reading to synthesise the seer’s voice. No account data is sent.
• RevenueCat (US) receives your anonymous ID and purchase events from the App Store.
• Sentry (EU) receives crash and error diagnostics, a stack trace plus your device model and the app and OS version, if the app hits a bug, so we can fix it. It never receives your readings, journal, birth chart, or photos.

Your rights

You can delete your account instantly from Settings → Delete Account. This erases every table we store about you in one action. You may also email privacy@trimancy.app for any data question. Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, restrict, or port your data, contact us at the same address.

Children

Trimancy is intended for ages 13 and up. If you are under 13, do not use the app.

Entertainment only

Trimancy is for entertainment and personal reflection. Readings are not predictions and are not medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional guidance. If a reading feels distressing, please speak with a mental-health professional.

Changes

We will update this policy if processing changes and notify you on next app launch.
